Cullen Country Homeowners Association 

​In 2009, the HOA purchased and annexed the lake located immediately to its north, between Clarence Ct. and FM 967. Also once part of the Cullen estate, this beautiful body of water is home to much wildlife, and serves as a valuable aesthetic and recreational asset for our residents.

When all is said and done, Cullen Country contains 205 homes.

Cullen Country, located in the city of Buda, Texas, comprises a large portion of the estate owned for many years by Clarence and Maribel Cullen.

Construction of Phase 1 began in 2003, with full build-out of Phase 2 occurring in 2007.  A four-acre remnant of the Cullen estate was annexed into the HOA in 2013; development of the new Phase 3 was completed in 2016.
